I have assigned the Manager role to a user for Learning Zone.  When she logs on she cannot see the Manager icon on the Learning Zone site.  Why?

This can be due to the following reasons:

  1. The Learners are not properly linked to the Manager.  Please review the Assigning a new Manager to an existing group of Learners topic.

  2. The Learners have not logged in to the Learning Zone site.  If they do not log in, the site will not recognize the Manager properly.  Have the Learners log in to the site.

 

What should I do if Learners are missing their course history on the Learning Zone site?

A user is unable to exit out of a test on the Learning Zone site and cannot flag the course as completed.

To resolve this issue please contact Intellinex at 1-866-850-8772.

 

What should I do if a user is trying to access the Learning Zone site and receives a message with a ticket number and a recommendation to contact the ISG Central Web Administrator?

To resolve this issue, please do the following:

  1. Verify that the Learner and the Manager are setup and linked properly.

  2. If they are properly setup, please contact your Canon regional representative for assistance.
