ISG - Assigning a New Manager to an existing group of Learners

Additional setup as listed below, is required in Learning Zone when a new manager must be linked to an existing group of learners.  

 

  1. Create or update the new Manager’s User Profile by navigating to the Learning Zone site specific template.  Click the dropdown in the LZ Role field and select Manager.

 

  1. Next, link all of the Learners to the new Manager by opening their Learning Zone templates in their User Profiles, and changing the Manager field to the new Manager.

 

  1. In order for the changes to reflect in Learning Zone, the Manager and all Learners must log in and access the site.  It is recommended that you email the new Manager and the Learners to request them to log in.
