ISG - Learners' missing course history in Learning Zone

You may receive a phone call from a Learner who claims that their course history is missing in Learning Zone.  Often the Learner’s LMS Participant ID needs to be updated.  To have this corrected please contact Learning Zone Technical Support via phone at (866) 850-8772.  They will create a ticket and determine the reason for the missing training history.
