Each time a user requests restricted access to a role, a notification is created for Canon HQ Administrators to review and approve the request. Below is an example of a message:
In this message, or access request, an Administrator is requesting that the Installation Management role be granted to the user. A Canon HQ Administrator will review this request and select Approve to grant access.
Access requests are housed in the Messages section of UAM. The Messages section is divided into three sections, click each section to view further information:
