ISG - Inbox

New messages requiring approval will appear in the Inbox for Regional, Site and Central Administrators.  For Administrators, the Inbox is beneficial because it provides the ability to keep track of user's requests.

 

 

Inbox Fields

Description

Date

Date the message was created

Requestor

The User ID of the Administrator making the request

Employer

The user's Employer

Region

The state where the user is located

Status

There are three possible message statuses"

  • New: a request that has not yet been approved

  • Pending: a request with multiple roles to be processed; some of the roles have been processed already and some have not.

  • Completed: a request that has been processed

  • All: retrieves messages with New, Pending and Information statuses

Comments

Displays brief details regarding the message

Track

Click to view where the message is in the approval process

Type

Displays the message type

 

 

Click here to view the steps needed to search for a message in the Inbox:

  1. Enter any/all of the following search criteria:

  1. Click the Search button.  

  2. Click the Track field to view the status of the approval.  The current status displays along with the Date, User ID, Email address and any Comments.

  3. To view the message, click on the Employer field in blue.
