Please Check Email Address

 

This warning message appears in the following situations:

  1. You have not entered an email address in the User Profile section of the Create/Update User template.

  2. The email address you have entered in the User Profile does not follow the proper format.  

The email address must be a valid corporate domain name.  Public domain accounts such as Yahoo or AOL are not allowed in UAM.

Please select Search Level and at least one character as Search Criteria

 

You must enter a character or the wildcard (%) in the search criteria field in the Location Assignment section.

This warning message appears in the following situations:

  1. You haven't entered a password.

Please select an Employer

 

You have not indicated an Employer in the User Profile section of the Create/Update User template.  To learn how to select an Employer please review the Completing the User Profile & User's Personal Information sections topic.

The user has not yet received their initial CUSA Extranet Welcome Email.

Duplicate First Name, Last Name, Email Address etc.

 

You have created a user that has the same First Name, Last Name or Email Address as an existing user.  In order to avoid duplication, please perform a search to see if the user already exists in UAM.  For more information review the Searching for Users topic.

If you choose to change this user's Employer or User Level, all site roles and attributes assigned to this user will be reset.

 

You have changed the Employer or the User Level in a user's profile.  If you click OK you must re-enter all of the user's site roles and attributes, or the user will no longer have access to any sites.
