ISG - Understanding the E-Support Site-specific Template

Before discussing the procedure to grant access to E-Support, it would be beneficial to understand some of the site-specific template fields.

Field Name

Description

ATSP Manager

Check the box if this user is an ATSP Manager for any of a dealership's service locations.  An ATSP Manager is the person most responsible for a location's participation in ATSP (Association of Technical Service Professionals).  There is only one ATSP Manager per service location, however an individual can be assigned to multiple service locations.  To view a list of ATSP Managers, please see the ATSP Manager Report.

Systems and Technical Support Role Group

Click any of the roles that apply to this user:

  • Service Manager

  • Service Technician

  • Parts/Warranty Administrator

  • Systems Engineer

  • Training Manager

  • Other/Non-Technical Staff

E-Support Site Access

Check E-Support Site Access to have the Systems & Technical Support link be visible on the ISG Central homepage and for the E-Support link on the Systems and Technical Support Division homepage.
