The ATSP Report is used to locate an ATSP Manager for a particular dealership. An ATSP Manager is the person most responsible for a location’s participation in ATSP (Association of Technical Service Professionals). There is only one ATSP Manager per service location, however an individual can be assigned to multiple service locations. The manager is then indicated in the Service & Program Guides site-specific template.
Follow these steps to access the ATSP Report.
Click the Reports button on the top toolbar of the UAM homepage. The available reports appear in the dropdown.
Click the ATSP Report tab. The Search ATSP Manager screen appears.
Click the Dealership dropdown and select your dealership.
To further refine the search, go to the Locations field and click the LOV. The ATSP Location list window appears.
Click the checkbox to select the location, and then click the OK button at the bottom of the screen. The Locations field is populated.
If you wish, indicate your choices for the Result Screen Display Options.
Click the Search button. A list of ATSP Managers displays on screen.
