Canon PartnerNet - What are Messages?

Each time a user is requesting a restricted role, a notification is created for Canon Central Administrators to review and approve.  These notifications or messages are housed in the Messages section of UAM.  The Messages section is divided into three sections, click each section to view further information:

 

It is a requirement of Canon PartnerNet for the following site roles to workflow for approval:

 

The Central Administrators will review the requests with the appropriate department managers for approval.   

 

To eliminate the need for Canon customers to fax in set up forms, the customer must have a designated Dealer Administrator.   

 

All requests submitted by a Dealer Administrator, regardless of role will go via workflow to the Regional Administrator’s inbox for review and approval.
