ISG - Working with the Retail Marketing Site-Specific Template

To provide access to the Retail Marketing site, Dealer Administrators will need to complete the following fields as pictured below:

Field Name	Description
Default Division	The user's default division. Do not click NAD (National Account Division) or SAC (Special Accounts Channel) in this field, as Dealer Users will not be able to access the Retail Marketing Extranet if either of these division is indicated. The Retail Marketing Extranet is using a phased approach for rollout to their users, currently only GMD dealer users are being provided with access via UAM.
Default Response Type	This field indicates the user's preferred method to be contacted by Canon (Email, fax or phone). It has a default value of Email. No action is required by an Administrator unless specifically requested by the Dealer User. Users can choose their default response type in the Retail Marketing My Profile.
Font Size (Style Sheet)	In the Retail Marketing My Profile, the Dealer User can choose the font size in which the Retail Marketing site displays (small, medium or large). This field has a default value of Medium. No action is required by an Administrator unless specifically requested by the Dealer User.
Email Notification	With this role, users can indicate that they would like to receive electronic communication from the respective Canon divisions. This role is assigned to only Dealer Administrators and only Administrative Access should be checked. Do not assign this role to Customer/Dealer users.
Retail Division Access	Check the GMD Division Site Access box to grant site access. This allows the Retail Marketing link to be visible on the ISG Central homepage.
