One of the benefits UAM provides is a workflow hierarchy to manage changes to user’s profiles. These changes can be one or more of the following types:
Creation of a New User
Change to User’s profile information (name, address, email etc)
Request for additional site access
Additional locations assigned
Any changes to restricted roles or information will go via workflow messages through the hierarchy for approval, depending upon the access levels provided to each Administrator.
