Retail Marketing is a Customer Knowledge Center developed for the National Account and Government Marketing (GMD) Divisions. The GMD view of this site will also be available to all Dealerships who service Government contracts (for example, IKON, Danka, CBS and Independent dealers). GMD Dealers will access Retail Marketing via ISG Central.
Access to this site will be managed via the Retail Marketing site-specific template in UAM. Dealer Administrators will be responsible for providing site access to the individual dealer users. A Canon Administrator will manage security of the Retail Marketing Extranet through other systems. A unique feature of the Retail Marketing site is the ability for GMD end customer users to self-register to request site access. However, if a Dealer User attempts to self-register they will be rejected. Dealer Users must register via their Dealer Administrator.
Once logged in to the Retail Marketing Extranet, users will also be able to update their profile information by clicking the My Profile button. Click the My Profile button below to view an example:
