All of the Admin Utilities reports provide Administrators with the ability to view a user's history. This history details the dealer codes the user has access to and lists the last date the user's access has been changed, along with the User ID who performed the modification. This information is useful as it provides an trail of activity for a user's account, as pictured below.

Click here to view the steps to run the User History report:
Click the Reports button on the top toolbar of the UAM homepage.
Click the Admin Utilities button. The Search for Users screen displays.
Enter the User's ID or any/all of the remaining search criteria.
Click the Search button and the user's information will appear.
Click the [View History] link next to the User ID and the history will display.
