The Canon Golden Eagle Program is an incentive program managed via an Extranet that allows members to receive rewards for placing Canon products. Recently, a new incentive partner, ITAGroup, came on board to manage the Golden Eagle Program in 2005. As a result of this change, Administrators will now indicate which of the following Golden Eagle site specific participant types that a user belongs to. The Golden Eagle site specific template and its fields are discussed below.

| Field Name | Description |
| GE Program Channel | The channel group that a dealer falls under. Independent dealerships can fall under two groups, either INDY 1 or INDY2. The difference between the two groups is strictly a Golden Eagle ranking measure based on the dealer's sales volume. The value is automatically populated.
 |
| Participant Type | Assigning Golden Eagle participant types provides users with certain privileges as listed in the ISG - Understanding the Golden Eagle Participant Types topic. |
| Program Coordinator | The dealer employee responsible for managing and submitting Golden Eagle claims for the dealership. Can also have an Alternate participant type, which can be a Sales Manager, Sales Representative or Sales Specialist. The Alternate participant type enables the Program Coordinator to also submit Golden Eagle claims for their own rewards.
 |
| Sales Manager | A Sales Manager participant type receives overrides based on the Golden Eagle claims where he or she is selected as a sales manager.
 |
| Sales Representative/Sales Specialist | Can earn rewards when selected on a Golden Eagle claim as a primary or secondary earner. The participant selected as the secondary earner earns 20% of the primary earner points. |
| Custom | The Custom participant type is a non-earning role for Dealer Principals and Channel Managers who need to see promotions, reports and program/product information. For example, a Dealer Principal may need to only view and not submit Golden Eagle claims. Please be advised, this role has visibility to sensitive information and should not be used as a general participant type.

| Golden Eagle Access | When checked, allows the Golden Eagle link to appear on the user's ISG Central homepage. |
