The Systems & Technical Support Sites are comprised of the following sites:
E-Support: this is a non-resident site, however you can request access to the site via the site-specific template because the registration process is integrated.
Service & Solution Guides: this is a resident site
PC Copier e-claim site: this is a non-resident site
If a user has access to any of the above sites, the Systems & Technical Support tab will appear on their ISG Central homepage. When the tab is clicked the user will see the following:
In the example above, the user has access to all of the Systems & Technical Support sites. Other users may not have access to all of these sites and as such, will not see all of the tabs.
