The Online Help has been developed to provide Canon USA Extranet Administrators with information regarding the usage of UAM (User Access Management).

If you are an ISG Central Administrator go to the UAM for ISG Administrators section. It provides the following:
General information about using UAM to manage ISG users' access and information
Steps to provide users with access to various ISG sites such as Retail Marketing, Learning Zone, Golden Eagle etc.
In this online help you can click items underlined and in blue to obtain additional information.
Please click on any of the below features for more details:
When you click on the button, a list of the topics available in the Help system will appear. To select a book click on the icon. The list of topics related to this book display with an icon to the left of the name. To close the topics, click on the icon and the topics disappear.
Click on the button to view an alphabetical list of terms or keywords, in the help system. These terms will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Click a term and the related topic(s) will appear in the main window.
Click to look for specific information in online help. After you click the Search button you will be prompted to enter word(s) to search for. Click to retrieve your results. A list of topics that contain the entered information will display on the left-hand side of the screen. Select any of these topics and the topic information will display in the main window.
Click to view a list of UAM related terms and their definition. These display on the left-hand side of the screen. Select a term and its definition will appear in the box.
Each help topic will have a Related Topics button at the bottom. Click to display additional topic links.
