ISG - Granting Retail Marketing Access to other Dealer Administrators

This section details the process to grant site access to other UAM Administrators such as Dealer Admin, Dealer Manager Admin, Dealer Technical Manager Admin and Dealer Sales Manager Admin, for the Retail Marketing Extranet.

1. Click on the Retail Marketing link in the Resident Application Access section. The Retail Marketing site-specific template opens.

2. Click Restricted Access and the GMD radio button in the Default Division field.  

Administrators should have only Restricted Access to this field.

3. Click on the Admin Access checkbox in the Default Response Type field and select either email, fax or phone as the value.

4. Click the Admin Access checkbox in the Font Size (Style Sheet) field and select Small, Medium or Large.

5. Click Administrative Access in the Email Notification field.

6. Check the Restricted Access checkbox and GMD Division Site Access in the Retail Division Access field.  

Administrators should have only Restricted Access to this field.
