When users leave organizations they must be disabled in UAM.
To disable a user follow these steps:
Click the Reports button and select Admin Utilities from the list. The Search for Users screen displays.
Enter the search criteria and click the Search button to retrieve the user’s record. The Search results screen displays with Admin Utilities options listed on the bottom.
Click the checkbox to the left of the [View History] for each user you wish to select.
If you are viewing multiple users you can select Check All to have the system check all of the users simultaneously.
Select the Disable Users button.
