UAM provides the ability to track users with invalid email addresses in your dealership. This is an important security measure as only those users registered with your dealership, approved by the Dealer Administrator and possessing a valid email address are authorized access.
To access the Invalid Email Users Report follow these steps:
Click the Reports button on the top toolbar. The Reports dropdown list displays.
Click the Invalid Email Users tab. The Search screen appears.
Enter the Count of Email Delivery Problems. The recommended count is 3 or more.
This field is mandatory.
Complete any/all of the remaining search criteria fields and configure the Result Screen Display option as you wish.
Click the Search button. The results are retrieved.
You can choose to check the History or click the Download button to save info to a spreadsheet.
