Canon PartnerNet - Working with the Inactive Users Report

The Inactive Users report provides Administrators with the ability to view information about users that have not accessed ISG Central within a certain time period.  With this information, Dealer Administrators are encouraged to remove inactive users' access on a timely basis.  

 

To use the Inactive Users Report, follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Reports button on the top toolbar.

  2. Select Inactive Users. The Search Inactive Users screen appears.

  3. Complete the Calendar Days of Inactivity field (example: enter 30 days for 1 month)

  4. Enter any/all of the remaining search criteria.

  5. Scroll down and configure the Result Screen Display options, if you wish.

  6. Click the Search button. The report displays.
