All of the Admin Utilities reports provide Administrators with ability to view a user’s history. The history details the user’s access. It also lists the last date that the user’s access has been changed along with the User ID of the person who performed the modification. This information is useful as it provides an audit trail of activity for a user’s account.

Click the Reports button on the top toolbar of the UAM homepage.
Click the Admin Utilities button. The Search for Users screen displays.
Enter the User’s ID number or any/all of the remaining search criteria.
Click the Search button. The user’s information is retrieved.
Click the [View History] link next to the User ID. The user’s history displays.
