The User Profile section consists of a Create User template and an Update User template. Each UAM user's access is managed via their User Profile. This is a unique record that houses their standard information (Name, Address, Email) and site related access. The User Profile screen has 5 sections.

This section is not required, but made available to store secondary contact information. |

User Level |
Each user profile has to be assigned a user level that will provide certain privileges to the user. There are many user levels listed in the dropdown, but on the following support Canon PartnerNet external users:

Resident Application Access |
Here you will find a link to the Canon PartnerNet site. |

Location Assignment |
Locations are assigned to users' profiles to allow them to view information for their dealership. If the correct dealership location is not assigned, users will not view the correct information. |
