This can be due to the following reasons:
The Learners are not properly linked to the Manager. Please review the Assigning a new Manager to an existing group of Learners topic.
The Learners have not logged in to the Learning Zone site. If they do not log in, the site will not recognize the Manager properly. Have the Learners log in to the site.
